                          INGREDIENTS



          Cabbage.  

           Carrot.   
           
           Icing sugar.     

            Mayonnaise. 

            Lemon juice. 

            Salt 

            Black papper. 
    
            Apple cider vinegar.    (Optional)




                          


  



  

                              Method



hey hey hey welcome back to my blogs

so as you can see from the title today

we are going to be making the good

old coleslaw i mean who doesn't love

coleslaw is one of my favorite sellers

so without wasting time let's just get

started i've got my cabbage over here

and i'll go ahead and get rid of the

hard part

i will then slice it up

























i've got two medium-sized carrots here

it's all been cleaned

the help of a grater i'll just grate

them

so i'll mix the carrots and the cabbage

now i must say basically the cabbage

will have to be about

60 to 70 percent and the carrots will

have to be about

30 to 40 percent it just depends on your

taste


























i'll come in with some salt to taste

now grind in some black pepper

using two forks i will toss it together

to mix it up very well

next i will drop in about half a

teaspoon of icing sugar

this will add some extra taste to it

i'll squeeze in some lemon juice to add

some acidity to it

it shouldn't be too much just a little

bit

if you don't have lemon juice you can

just use apple cider vinegar

finally finally i'll come in with my

mayonnaise

now i realized in on my YouTube channel 

 video people

were complaining about the fact that i

used too much mayonnaise

but i must say hey if you don't want it

so much

just reduce the amount it's just up to

you

i'm just going to give it the final mix





























and ladies and gentlemen our good old

coleslaw


              











is ready it is so delicious

you can keep this in the fridge for a

maximum of 2

days you can eat it with toast you can

eat this on his own you can eat it

with rice dishes as well so i hope you
