Today we will make beef burger patty recipe

Ingredients

Mince.  With fat.         2.5kg.   20% fat and 80 % beef mince

White papper.            10 gram 

Black papper.              15 grams 

Salt.                                1 table spoon

Egg raw.                         1egg

garlic ginger paste.       2 table spoon Woristershire sauce.    2 table spoon

Method

Tak a big bol and add mince into the bowl them add all ingredients mince, white papper, black papper, salt, egg , garlic ginger paste , woristershire sauce and mix properly then make patties with 4.5 inches patty ring
